Our commitment #
AuxiliumFX Limited is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud and sanctions breaches. We follow a risk-based approach, informed by applicable Saint Lucia law and international standards, including the recommendations of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF).
Know your customer (KYC) #
Before you can deposit, trade or withdraw, we must verify your identity and address. You will normally need to provide:
- Proof of identity: a valid passport, national identity card or driving licence, clear and in colour, showing your photo, full name, date of birth and expiry date.
- Proof of address: a utility bill, bank statement or government letter issued in the last 3 months, showing your full name and residential address.
- Selfie or liveness check where requested.
- Payment method proof: for example a card photo with middle digits hidden, or a bank or e-wallet statement in your name.
For corporate accounts, we also require company registration documents, details of directors, shareholders and ultimate beneficial owners, and their identity documents.
Enhanced due diligence #
We may ask for more information, such as proof of the source of funds or wealth, where the risk is higher. Examples include large deposits, politically exposed persons (PEPs), complex ownership structures, or unusual account activity.
Sanctions and PEP screening #
We screen clients against international sanctions lists, PEP lists and adverse media, both when an account is opened and on an ongoing basis. We will not open or keep accounts for sanctioned persons.
Restricted jurisdictions #
AuxiliumFX Limited does not provide services to citizens or residents of the United States of America, the United Arab Emirates, Cuba, Iraq, Myanmar, India, North Korea and Sudan. The services of AuxiliumFX Limited are not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person in any country or jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation.
We may also refuse clients from any jurisdiction that the FATF identifies as high-risk, or that we consider high-risk.
Payments #
- Deposits must come from an account in your own name. Third-party deposits are rejected and returned to the source.
- Withdrawals are paid only to accounts in your name, and normally to the original source of funds first.
- Cash deposits are not accepted.
- We may block transactions and request documents if activity does not match your profile.
Ongoing monitoring #
We monitor accounts and transactions for unusual activity. We may ask you to update your documents, explain transactions or provide more information at any time. If you do not provide what we ask for, we may restrict or close your account.
Reporting and records #
Where required, we report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities. The law may prevent us from telling you that a report has been made. We keep KYC and transaction records for at least [e.g. 5] years after the end of the business relationship.
