Our service providers may be located outside your country. When we transfer your data internationally, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected, for example through contractual safeguards.

How long we keep it #

We keep your data for as long as your account is open and for at least [e.g. 5] years after it closes, or longer where the law requires, for example for anti-money laundering records. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, staff confidentiality obligations and secure data centres. No system is completely secure, so please keep your login details safe and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
